History of RAC

RAC offers a round-the-clock service with rapid roadside assistance available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year for RAC members.

Delivery Information

The RAC online store features a range of motoring essentials available for dispatch within 3 working days, at a delivery cost of £3.99 per order. Next day delivery is also available for orders placed before 2pm at a cost of £5.99 per order. Next day delivery is only available for customers on the UK Mainland - excluding the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland.

Returns Policy

You may cancel any order placed on the RAC online store within 14 days of placing or receiving your order. Cancellation forms are available to download at the RAC website.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, you must inform the RAC store within 30 days to arrange a return for replacement or refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days of cancellation or receipt of damaged or unwanted items, and can only be credited to the payment card used in the original purchase.
