The seeds of Yours were sown back in 1997 when a local discount store in the seaside town of Felixstowe noticed their sized 14-32 fashions continually sold out, while most customers were leaving the smaller sizes on the hangers. Delivery Information

All deliveries are made by Hermes couriers and a signature will be required on delivery. UK Mainland Standard delivers orders in 3 to 5 working days, and costs £3.99. UK Mainland Free Standard delivery is available with an online code on orders over £50. All standard deliveries are made by Hermes on working days between 8am and 8pm. Add an extra 2 working days for Bank Holiday deliveries. The Click & Collect service is free. Place an order before 4pm, choose a store to collect the order from and pick it up from that store during the next working day. You'll receive an email when the order is ready to collect. Customers should bring the confirmation email to the store when they pick up their order.

Returns Policy

Items can be returned within 21 days of receipt. Customers should repack the returned items in their original packaging, along with the completed returns form. The return address is Yours Clothing, Returns Dept, Unit B, Finmere Park, Southgate Way, Orton Southgate, Peterborough PE2 6YG. Returns are free for mainland UK and Northern Ireland orders using Collect+. Simply attach the free Collect+ label found on the invoice to the returning parcel, and take it to one of the 5800 UK Collect+ stores to exchange for a receipt and tracking number.

Items can be returned to stores for a refund, replacement or exchange for gift vouchers, by providing the delivery note as proof of purchase. Customers who paid with PayPal can only get an exchange or vouchers when returning items to a store. If returning via a local Post Office, the customer must cover the charge and insurance is recommended. Returns are processed on the day of return and refunds are made within 5 working days.
