History of Legoland Holidays

The Legoland theme park at Windsor in the UK is set in 150 beautiful parkland acres, and is dedicated to children aged two to 12 years. Opening times

The Park opens daily at 10am and closes between 5pm and 7pm, depending on the season. Please check the park calendar at www.legolandholidays.co.uk. Tickets can be booked online 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Delivery Information

At the time of booking online, Legoland Holidays will request an email address from you. Your confirmation will be sent to this email address. Your print at home tickets will be sent to your email address as a PDF attachment. If you do not have an email address, these can be delivered to a postal address for you. Simply call Legoland Holidays on 0800 21 20 50 to arrange this.

When you pay with a credit card you will incur an additional charge of 2% of the amount due, with a minimum amount of £1.50 and a maximum amount of £19.95. There is no extra charge if you pay online with a debit card.

Returns Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you must advise us immediately. All cancellations must be made through Holiday Extras and are subject to the following conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost)

Cancellation on day of purchase results in no charge; you will be totally refunded. After this, a quarter of your booking is deducted through cancellation up to 14 days in advance of arrival. Cancellation between 14 and three days in advance results in you losing half of your booking cost, with this rising to 75% between three days and one day before arrival. If you cancel on the day of arrival, you forfeit all your money.

Security & Reviews

All the information that you give Legoland Holidays is protected by a secure server and information you enter when making your booking is encrypted by their secure server software SSL (Secure Socket Layers). As it's fully encrypted, it's impossible for anyone else to read this information. You can tell which parts of the site are secure by the website address reading https://, after the red LEGOÆ brick that shows you are in a secure area. A firewall is in place to protect Legoland Holidays' internal information from the internet. No live records of your personal or debit/credit card information is kept on their servers, nor do they share any of your information with other companies or organisations.
