Ticket Information

When you book with Megabus.com you will receive a reservation number via an email confirmation. You will need this number to board the Megabus, so it is advisable to print this confirmation out before you travel. Alternatively, you can store the number on an SMS message or email on your phone. Returns Policy

Once a journey has been booked, reservations cannot be cancelled or refunded.
