Returns Policy

Usc.co.uk offer a comprehensive returns policy which makes it easy to return goods that are unsuitable, unwanted or faulty. Any order can be cancelled within 14 days, with both delivery costs and the cost of the items refunded. However, it is the customer who will be responsible for the cost of returning the items. Any returned goods must be in a sellable condition, although not necessarily in their original packaging.

Any defective goods that are returned will be examined by the usc.co.uk returns team, and once a refund has been confirmed, this will be paid within 14 days of confirmation. The refund will be processed via the same method of payment as you originally used.
