Cancellation Policy

All items purchased online will receive an email confirmation that contains a customer reference number, which should be quoted in all interaction with Virgin Holidays and in case of cancellation or alterations to your holiday. Returns Policy

The lead passenger on all flight bookings must be the one to make any cancellations or changes to flights. Upon booking you will have to make a deposit; cancellations made more than 84 days in advance of the departure date will lose the deposit but nothing else. This increases on a scale depending on how close you are to the departure date, with the cancellation fee representing a percentage of the total cost of the holiday. Cancelling three weeks before you are due to leave will result in only a 10% refund, while cancellations in the last seven days will receive no refund at all.
